Well. I don’t know what happen but I was told not to contact one person that hold grudge on me without me knowing what actually went wrong. It all happened yesterday when i was thinking that who i left out from my little gathering the coming fornight. I called this guy namely MR XXX and he call me not to call him anymore. I then think through ,made a few confirming calls and asking around and finally i conclude that I never offended him in anyway. Well, from a reliable resource it seems that I was misunderstood as his friend stealer. He told certain amount of our mutual friends that I stole his friends What the heck is that? Well.. I was blur and sad until my best friend who lives in Sri Pelangi classify that as an immature act?Well but then again I shouldn’t believe what comes out from other’s mouth do i? Well me who has no connection whether positive or negative was told not to call him anymore and another of my best friend who once had a certain situation with Mr XX received his reply. Well I think the only possible reason would be I killed his parents or raped his gf to deserve such treatment!! Well I think i should give up on such immature person anyway. I still which him luck though.

Well let’s discuss the topic friends stealing. Can it be done?Since i thought it over for a night I think I can joke around with this situation of mine. Is there any shop who sells friends? Or does friendster provide such features?Hmm.. Or maybe going out for an outing with your best friends makes me a temporary friend stealer?

Does Malaysia government charge me for stealing people’s friends? Is there any section that I will be charged of? That’s a funny story dudes.Hmm..So..Let me phrase this nicely. If you are a friend of a person who thinks friends can be stolen then congratulation you’re an item that can be stolen. With no heart no movement no judgement or whatsoever..You can’t retaliate when you are stolen..You are a prize..

For me friends are mates,brothers,buddies. You have your own thinking, in fact, even Mr XX dowan answer my call he’s still a friend. Why people grow up fast. According to a friend, people change every 3 months. Me? I try to maintain friendship through the rest of my life. My buddy Stephen Alex Choy said once. Friends known after age of 21 could remain friends forever. I trust him in this. Plus, humans like comfort and happiness. And humans changes all the time.. Their needs and comfort and thoughts change thru time too. So people tend to mix with different groups of mates throughout their life. So if people seldom come out to meet you up you could say..His current group of friends stole him?Or his room stole him?Online game stole him?Or sleep stole him.Haha..Well I think the next addition to Ocean’s saga should make a movie of  them stealing other’s friend. That might actually work

it’s been months since my break up with the girl i love. well despite of breaking up i still think i love her but the problem is with the difference is concept,perspective and attitude and changing this will make us no longer us. So let time tell the future that withholds everything..she’s still in my pic section though..nv change them cause no point

I went to change my IC the other day.Guess what?15 person and it took me 2 and a half hours. God!!!Well obviously i praise the counters and the beautifying job but then definitely not the workers there. Imagine these. In the middle of working they went out for lucnh when there’s still many. Wel i can’t blame them for that. Healthy lunch at the correct time is always a good practice. But at least do 1 or two more to reduce the crowd.

then i dun understand 1 thing important.. Why do i have to go thru the whole process of doin a new IC but actually only my IC’s chip has problems. What the heck dude? Such a nice office and stuff but why?They should at least skip process like taking for photos. I assume they should have a database of all the information and records right?

I always like to listen 988 at 8.50am -9.10 am. There’s this called "3 minutes understanding" program but the famous radio DJ Chan Fong. I dunno that’s actually he who wrote all the things in this program but man.. That’s cool.. Being to start my day by learning something new. It’s always certain self help topic. It helps in daily routines. Today is about not following the old school’s way of doing stuff. Do you realize that we actually do what our ancestors still do? I mean it some way or the other? Why can’t we jump out of certain custom and maybe we can develop a new and more successful way?Well.. Chan Fong gave this examply.. company XX made an interview session and people came for it. The task is to decorate a piece of paper throw it out the window and see whose will get more attention. Well as it’s a graphic design post so everyone scratch their heads and think of the most suitable picture. Took hours??Haha..One simple guy took the paper and in less than 30 secs threw it out and people are snatching his paper..U must be guessing what he drew? He never drew anything. He attached voucher/money to it. And wahlaaa…He got his job..Imagine this?If it were me i will choose to draw instead.. What bout you?It’s good to go with the custom at times but we improve and change as well.. Why not try something new instead of the ole fashion way..

Changes has made some people more EP or materialistic.See it if you don’t believe. Maybe some of your fren changed to worse ad

MATERIALISTIC-being to money minded

Remember this folkes. Remember.. Just for those who are money minded. You think people will get money from you?might get near you for your money?might be interested in your money. Blah..Everything about money..

Shit man.. Think again.. You think you very rich ah?Waht for lie your money when they might have bigger targets?Who are you?who da hell you think you are mates..

Yes maybe your friend is doing mutual funds,maybe insurance..but think again..No one can force you to buy unless you pay for it. So if anything happens don’t blame others.Well i don’t do insurance of funds. Just fed up seeing some friends getting pissed off with another friend for this. Your little salary is not worth lying for dudes.

Don’t be too over protective. This world doesn’t revolve around you. So don’t think everything must be around you. YOu arent the central of the world.So what for so protective?Lying to you got alot oof money to make meh?No right?Think positive. You can be friends or lvoers in this life might be fated. Why out of so many people you two are chosen to be acquainted? It’s not easy in this billions of people and thousands of community. You think they want to use you?Think this way..If you have no talent why use you?And if you feel not worth it you can reject. No point stabbing people behind their back at time. People will stab you back sometime.Well .. there’s this saying that goes "yao bou ying"..Treat people as equal and don’t think you are hell of a bigshot that people wants to take advantage of you. what do yourself have is the question to ask once you meet friends. If you have nothing to lose and nothing will happen to you. Why not relax and enjoy the company.Well..Ciaoz..go sleep liao..Good night..

Well..Let me start by defining these two

Pride-a high or inordinate opinion of one’s own dignity, importance, merit, or superiority, whether as cherished in the mind or as displayed in bearing, conduct, etc.

Ego-the “I” or self of any person; a person as thinking, feeling, and willing, and distinguishing itself from the selves of others and from objects of its thought.

Why suddenly i thought of writing this? Well. World seem to be surrounded with people of the above qualities or the opposite. But here I am to wonder what can u gain from having the above qualities. Let’s start of with a few. Can you gain money,love,friend,job or family ties? Well I definitely don’t think so.

Well there’s always a certain amount of ego and pride(call it EP from now) in everyone.And no one can deny it. Maybe not for someone as naive and innocent as a little kid.What caused all this? Well i would assume money,family background,certain talents,certain people you mix with,job?But must we be so high above that it is unreachable by others.. Well,what can we gain then?

EP is disastrous and if we do a study in people in the their late 30s we can find out most of them has been through this period and i call it their downfall..Haha..So the question is are you and EP fanatic..And what in heavens do you gain from it?

Well the most simple think of the consequences being too EP.

1st - Relationship between you and your soulmate will sour with the reason of "beh tahan" your attitude

2nd-Friendship may become dull.Why?If you don’t call him/her and in return he/she don’t call you.What will happen?No one will call each other

3rd-Family might be afraid of even talking to you. Who knows what will burst out of your mouth the second they talk with you

4th-Tell me..who would one an EP fella to be their staff/employee

5th-I wont give an EP beggar any money even if it’s a few cents. And this same apply to business. I would rather have a nice supplier or humble partner ratehr than an EP ones. Well..obviously i can’t keep up with the tempo

Well we should understand by now that the downfall of some ancient kingdoms and dynasty are due to their pride. What’s the difference?We are all humans. So waht you are a pure breed?So what if you have special identity. We are not animals or dogs? People don’t buy us cause we are pure breed. People won’t be happy to see a pure breed human etc etc. Face it. EP people are just being EP sometimes to cover their own issues.

But then again,from my past experience of meeting with people. People do change and studies show that every 3 months humans will change. So maybe he/she was EP but not now  give them a chance don’t be too confident in your judgement. It leads to EP downfall.

Even prisoners deserve a second chance. And if he’s your friend.Advise him.Or are you too proud of even just to aid your friend from the EP blackhole and never to see him again?

everybody asking me whether i miss old time friends..hostel,college and hometown..my answer is yes..haha..hate losing contact wit people

Many may have realize the truth about the garbage and hawker thing i was saying. But the problem is schools and colleges prepare us not for a living in business world. But just how to survive being a company’s leverage. (Words coming from an expert friend of my currently in SG)haha..We know the concept and we know that the possibility of doing business is high. But yet why people fail?Everyone wants to own their own business right?I know i do.. But why?

Well.. Some has started but failed,some has started and succeed. Like my buddy always say. You never start never know. But if you start you must concentrate in something. Not more than one i should say. Cause concentrating on many other things will ruin your time management,budget blah blah blah..Well i always kena tembak by 3 of my ex colleague which names i shouldnt’t mention here scare they charge me for copyright infringement. Haha.. But then again I like buddies to be frank. There were my colleagues. But now there are my buddies. Not everyone can be honest and frank to shoot you direct at your weakspot. But I like it. so next time just shoot me whatever you want. Keeping inside the heart will only spoil the relationship unless you want to hold the degree in gossiping and gossip about others behind their back. No one’s perfect and that’s up to you to aid them by telling them something they did’t notice. Same like wise for business i think. No kind of business is start perfect. you might only think it to be perfect but..no way man.. Maybe in future maybe but not at the initial starting era of your legacy.. No matter how smart and powerful you are,you are bound to face some challenges. And challenges whether is small or big it’s still makes your business with some flaws(non perfect).So don’t be so proud. that’s what i can say. Learn and learn and learn. Well i can only say only but actually i am very very stupid. So..please if we chanced to hang out or to meet up..please enlighten me more.. I am still naive and stupid moreover still bit ego..Trying to change that..I still wonder what’s with the ego of mine.. I am good at nothing but still…sigh.. i think i must buy a few more pillows to sleep better and think in depth. How useless i am.

There’s so many software and aid out there but why there’s still failure in business..Face it. It’s not about how much capital you have,how great your manpower is, how smart you are,how potential your business plan and product is.It’s how you manage all of this to become a suitable company growing policy.And how you can maintain it and sustain time from destroying it. Things change and it’s inevitable. Then comes your company goals and targets. Once my friend told me that his close friend need only to be in company 2 weeks.. You must be thinking per month. But it’s actually per annum. Going back for 2 weeks to explain his expectations for the new financial year and set up some company goals. That’s it.. Off to honeymoon with wife 351 days. That’s fun ain’t it. But every work pays.. He suffered 2 years of nightmare before achieving the stature today

There’s no immediate jump to the upper class. Unless you have hell of luck or you have hell of a capability. Haha.. I am a stupid guy dudes and babes out there. If you by chance to have a company and in need of a toilet cleanser. I am your man(COOO - Chief Ohsi OhNiu Officer)

Well again i am here penalizing myself..I am actually writing this out of the blue. I am still wide awake and couldn’t sleep well. So everything i write is just crap(sampah semata mata). so don’t take it too seriously if there’s anything offensive

Here I am..changing one blog into few to stop the complaints of my log post. What do you think? I always like to categorised things my own way. Ask you one question? which is a better person. A smart leader or a smart professional? Well for me i always say..smart people can be born leaders. But smart leaders can always lear professionals. Haha.. Depends on which road you choose. Imagine nowadays there’s alot of stupid managers around. I wonder i have met one..Hehe.. To my ex colleague wondering you guys understand what i meant..Well to be precise.. There’s undoubtedly loads of stupid leaders and yet again there are smart at leading.. If you have read any psychology books you should understand by now that there’s loads of ways to actually motivate others. So that the person will "sell life" for you.. I like this word in cantonese..Mai Miang..Sounds crazy but true. Managers just need a talent that can keep the employees that’s enough.. Regardless of money,friendship,benefits,aid or praise.. The thing that counts is that the employee is contented with it.

But then again profesionals are always fast learners. So when time comes they will know the "way". And that makes them great leaders too.I might say great leaders can be jack of all trades. Where else professional are always master of something. But when they turn from normal professional employee to managers then they suit right in..Reason?Cause they have been there. They know what they wanted before and give exactly what their leverage wants. That makes them even faster and better.

Well it seems so that I am keep promoting leaders but you are wrong. Imagine this Smart and Intelligent aka SAI can go anywhere and anytime. Surviving everywhere. But smart leaders might not be able to get used to new environment.. Yes there’s possibility they can survive. But need time to start and understand again.Am i correct?Haha..

First and foremost I would like to apologise for the long blog i posted. It’s just my way of starting this by giving some brief introduction of me and recently. Well.. Back to the topic.. Let us have some flashback to the days when we are still watching dragonball eating candies.. Times that were so sweet and naive i should say that we might think the world is just a small place that we could grasp easily.

What did we think bout future. There might actually be some people that doesn’t think much back then. Let’s give it a thought. What was your ambition? Most might be thinking doctors,engineers,lawyers etc. High pay job,nice life,great husband and wife. Correct me if i am wrong. But i did.. From doctors to pilots,lawyers to engineers. Everything was in my mind little innocent naive brain back then

But..i end up being an IT person which i am actually kinda happy and proud with. It’s totally a new world and a job far far from what I ever expected. But i still believe in the road to success is always not based on what profession you choose. Imagine this.. My friend ask me what do i think of garbage collecting?Well to me is low salary not so clean a job and most of all.. Not what i expected. But when he further elaborate saying if i clean 1 street will make me a low paid maybe around rm800 a month and ask me how about if i clean 10 streets every night? that will amount to rm8000. That’s where i am going to be a richer..GARBAGE MAN..wuahaha..everything amounts to being a businesslike person. Another friend told me another theory which is even a hawker store person might be rich.. Driving BMW etc. But don’t try to laugh. It’s true. And i conclude that being rich has many ways. This will bring you to my next post..Hehe..
