A+B=9
Haha it’s been so long talking about events that i forgot mainly is bout theory’s so here goes.. This comes from 988 also. It’s called “三分钟领悟”. Let’s make a test. Are you result oriented or procedure centric? For me result is the most important thing. regardless of how do it in the process. I dun care. But alot of company mainly traditional company and also alot of managers, those old thinkings ones always are procedure centric. They always think their way is the most correct way and they don’t accept new ideas. This is why always you see staff quarrel is between old people and young. Both with own ideology. Both are correct but both are wrong the same. Why? Because i am result oriented and i think both way could lead to same result but why should you be so sceptical bout the other. But then you can’t stick to one way forever. You must upgrade yourself. This is what toyota org is doing. They don’t care how u do it. Example A + B = 9 they only care bout how u reach now. You go think the A and B should be what combination. Then you propose and debate amongst other people as well to fetermine the best solution. This way you could upgrade yourself. I am not saying old thinking is wrong. It has gone thru alot of trial and test so it should be 100% correct. but this idealistic is gone thru trial so that future people might benefit from it as well.. Don’t be too egoistic to think your way is definitely correct and your thinking will only be the one true solution. There’s nothing perfect in this world so is your thinking. And there’s no exact twin in this world too. Even twins has same DNAs but they might be different. So dont force people to be like you. They are not obligated to follow. In our society is different. We are more to fix A + B equation type. workers seldom brainstorm or take effort to improve because our environment is still learn and apply. other countries are always learn modify apply. We must drop the ego and follow people. they modify to suit our woking environment then be better in using this way than others. Oh yea.. "Be ego and proud if u can and ‘when’ you can. not while you can". By just saying proud to be X is useless. Be only really proud if you are overwhelming. compare not with useless competitors compare with higher grounds. And with little achievement don’t brag too loud or show off. that’s just what I call stupid and childish. I like to use one word.. We’re not born yesterday. so whatever someone,something or some organisation,state,country or world do. Please understand that we’re not born yesterday. So quit persuade or convince us that you’re good or something. Time will tell. And it always do.
